This triple tulle flower is perfect for shabby chic lovers!
Each 1" wide satin elastic headband is about 15" in circumference and should stretch to fit some adults. The headbands are topped with a grouping of three tulle flowers, each about 2" across (group about 4" across) with pearl and rhinestone centers in each flower.
